This policy applies to direct paid digital services purchased from Jointfrchargeiu through approved channels.

Request window

Review and processing

Requests are reviewed according to delivered scope, timing, and contract terms. If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method when available.

Non-refundable circumstances

Custom work already delivered, completed one-time consulting blocks, or services explicitly marked as final-sale may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Record retention

Refund request records may be retained for up to 6 years for legal, tax, accounting, and compliance requirements.
